Girona Airport (GRO) & Reus airport (REU)

After collecting your luggage please make your way outside to the arrivals hall where you will be met by your representative or driver holding a sign with FROM2TRAVEL. If you cannot find your representative or driver please call the number: +34 902 11 29 27

Barcelona Airport (BCN)

As there are various terminals in Barcelona Airport please enquire at which terminal you will be arriving and follow the following instructions for your arrival terminal:

Terminal 1 Barcelona Airport

After collecting your luggage and passing through customs make your way to the oficina de Turismo de la Generalitat, which you will find to your right hand side once through the doors, there you will find your representative with a sign FROM2TRAVEL, please do not move from here, your representative will come and find you, as at that moment of arrival could be dealing with other client or seeing off coaches.

Terminal 2A Barcelona Airport

After collecting luggage and passing through customs and into the arrival lounge please turn right and walk for approx 3mins until you arrive at the meeting point which is a very large statue of a Black Horse, Please remain here where you representative will come and meet you, it may take a few minutes as he may be with other clients or seeing off coaches but please be patient, if you cannot find your representative please call the following: +34 902 11 29 27

Terminal 2B Barcelona Aiport

After collecting luggage and passing through customs and into the arrival lounge please turn left and walk for approx 1mins until you arrive at the meeting point which is a very large statue of a Black Horse, Please remain here where you representative will come and meet you, it may take a few minutes as he may be with other clients or seeing off coaches but please be patient, if you cannot find your representative please call the following: +34 902 11 29 27

If for any reason you miss your flight or it is delayed, your original shuttle will wait for 1 hour .Then you must take the next available shuttle service that has seats available.

You must check your pickup time 48 hours prior to your departure by checking the website http://confirm.from2travel.com/ and follow the instructions, please also note that the pickup time will be faxed to your accommodation 48 hours before departure.

There is no need to call to reconfirm, unless you should find that your flights details have changed, or you were unable to access to your details using the web confirmation, in this event please contact our 24 hours telephone : +34 902 11 29 27 (please remember this is a very busy number only, use it when necessary only) Remember we cannot accept responsibility for clients not being collected in time when original booking details have changed and has not been reconfirmed with our agents. Please ensure you are ready in reception at the stated time, sometimes we'e delayed due to traffic conditions, please be patient and allow us a few minutes.
